I ordered a sample for $4.95 but got charged $4.95 and another $89.00 + within five five days of receiving the product. It was my understanding you had (14) days to try the product.

They start counting the (14) days from the day you order it which I feel is false advertising. It should be (14) days from the day you receive the product. I called to cancel further shipments AFTER RECEIVING THE SAMPLE, was told they would cancel charge and refund it to my account. They did not as I just found out when I received my bank statement. I called and was told by a manager it starts the day you order the product and it was not a trial sample and I would have to pay the almost $90.00 for a product that broke my skin out from ear lobes to chin in festered pimples as if I was a teenager with acne. I feel this is deceptive advertising for a sorry product. I think my money should be refunded. I received the product on June 3, 2014, gave it the (14) days and called on June 18, 2014, was told would be cancelled and refunded. They charged my credit card for $90.00. I called today July 8, 2014, ONLY TO LEARN THAT THEY STARTED THE CHARGES ON MAY 25, 2014. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT (8) DAYS LATER SO I ONLY WAS ALLOWED (8) TO TRY THE PRODUCTNOT (14) AS STATED. They said it was past the (14) days so I have to pay for the product and it is not a sample. This is a scam if I have ever heard of it. I want to be refunded because this product is no good.

The TRUTH is out there!

Dear Customers, The inside to the Pathos Skin Care is this. The Terms and Conditions are posted on the web site even if you use the Facebook link it will direct you to the second page of the ad. The trick is this, once you place your trial order and are charged the $4.95 shipping and handling just cancel your trial offer three to four days later. The only charge on your account will be of the $4.95 s/h rate. For those who are still receiving the item and are being charged, well you have a 30 day grace period to return the item, plus a 7 day add on to that 30 days. So when you call the customer service number and try to return the item and its passed the 30 days remember to cite to the customer service agent the 7 day unspoken grace period for return. The customer service agent will try to offer incentives ranging from 25% maybe up to 75% with a free bottle to settle out your account. I strongly advise you the reader not to take it because you are in fact entitled to your full refund per company policy. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, you are in for a run for your money, they will tell you one is 'currently assisting another agent', but in fact the supervisor is actively aware of the call taking place. INSIST on speaking to a supervisor and demand your FULL REFUND per company policy. If you settled out your account with the auto system RevGuard, you are in fact entitled to your FULL REFUND if you call and cancel the same day with a live agent, REMEMBER IT HAS TO BE THE SAME DAY THAT YOU CANCELED WITH THE SYSTEM OR IT DOES NOT COUNT. You can receive a full refund and fight for it! As for now I leave you all with the Best of Luck! Will post all the insider facts for you all once a month! From The Insider.

On returning skin care cream

On aug 16 I ordered this product, i tryed to call back within an hour and they were closed I called back on the 18 to cancel, and my account was charged. I sent email and got a response, that I could send the product back, i explained that I did not want to pay return postage, and that is when this became a problem. the rep told me I had to put the return number on t he inside of package so once I open it I must pay the return postage. I recieved email back saying I could put the return number somewhere on the front of box clearly, in the mean time I sent two mor emails and did not get an answer, the cream came on friday and than an email came saying the I had received it on Thursday, it took 6 days, must have sat at post office on thursday. cant even get a tel number to call, the email came from Brenda Woodard with tel number and when I called they said they did not have any one there by that name, so kept saying i needed to put t he RMA number on the inside, kept saying the same thing over and over and than hung up. there headquarters is in Santa Ana Ca, but cant find their number. they are a terrible company to deal with

Pathos Skin Care - Return Policy Review from Newport, South Carolina

Liked the product but it caused a rash after about 10 days. I was charged and another order was shipped to me. I sent it back. When I called to see when I could expect my refund I was told there wouldn't be one because I had no followed their return policy. I was suppose to call them and get a "RMA" number then I could get a refund. Never saw this when they wanted my $!!! And they said they could send me another shipment so I " could have something for my money"! How thoughtful! They offered to send me a product I can't use!

Thought I would try this product. Had a skin rash after a few uses.

They sent another bottle tried to return it but could not get through, called 3 different numbers and the response was the same.

They did cancel my order and I have the one they sent me, charged me $89.10 and cannot find out where to return it to. It came from a California address but they also list a Florida address on their Web site...So, what to do with a product I cannot use......

They send you a trial for $4.95. Later they bill your credit card for $89.10 without your knowled.

This company is scamming people. They send you a "trial" bottle. After so many days they bill your credit card for $89.10. This is how they make their money. Their product is no good. Do not fall for this scam operation. I didn't read the reviews before I purchased their so-called skin care product. I am going to put this on my Facebook page. I hope others will do the same.I have many friends and family and I will spread the news of their scamming company. This is the only way they can make money for a useless product.

Pathos Skin Care - scam for $4.95 trial size

William Oliver and Terry Oliver, both of St. Petersburg, Florida, of Enuvial Consulting should be taken out of business. They represent Pathos Skin Care. Offering $4.95 trial size and before I can even open to use, they charge my account $89.10. I called when the charge was pending and they cancelled the service with automation. No person to talk to about the refund. Called today -- Halie rude and repeated company policy. No refund. You can tell Halie is accustomed to telling people they've basically been scammed. They are reading and do not care about people. Halie -- I couldn't sleep at night if I had your job. For now, I am out $89.10, but I will do everything to ruin their name. Hope the Olivers read this.

I was charged $170.00 after ordering samples. These charges were not authorized by me!!!

In no way have I authorized anyone to automatically charge my account by ordering samples of their product. I haven't even received the samples yet! I'm still looking for a way to contact the company but having great difficulty in doing so. Any help out there? These unauthorized charges will automatically throw this bank account into overdraft and cause even more charges. I have received no paperwork or other communication from this company , but am determined to recoup my losses. This is my official request to cancel all past and future orders from Pathos Skin Rx and demand to get my unauthorized charges refunded to my bank account immediately! Tried calling to cancel

I tried to call to cancel future shipments after my trial $4.00 shipment. They have a recorded message that says they already shipped (only 1 week) and I will be charged half price. $44.99--I don't want it--can't even get to a rep. Awful scam. The come on was that the product was very inexpensive; that's why I ordered in the first place. I definitely can't afford the $90 for a small jar of cream. Besides that, the promo linked with another product (RX Repair) which I assume will cause the same problems when I try to cancel. Just don't order.

SCAMMED

Saw advertisement saying I could receive a sample of pathos skin care , only to pay $4.95 for shipping. I received it in the mail ok, but when I got my credit card stmt. I have been charged $89.10 !!!!!!! They will not take my calls , just get a recording I will NOT pay this!! There are other sites that advertise "FREE" don't believe them. Oh by the way, the ad came in my email box, but now is gone!!! Imagine that?! I would be really *** if I would order something on line for $89.10 and them keep billing me every month after for something I have never even heard of !

My refund

I saw this on Facebook and decided to try it. I never saw any small writing say they would charge my account $89. I googled them and the first site to come up was 30 complaints against their company. I canceled my trial size order within the hour of ordering it. I went through automation to cancel my order and was informed that I would be canceled but my credit card would be charged $44.95 for the trial size that I just ordered and was still being processed! I called the number on my email order confirmation and they told me that they would TRY to get me a refund. I informed them that I would be reporting them and their business practices to a well known tv reporting show and they cancelled my trial order and refunded me the $4.95 for shipping and the $44.95 I supposedly agreed to pay after the 14 day trial period.

I saw the article on Facebook for the 2 skin creams the first was Pathos and the second was Rx Repair. I ordered the first one and there were no conditions .

When I ordered the second one, the conditions were that they would charge me 79.00 for another order within 14 days. I did not order the first one. I called the company and a recording said they would charge me 44.95 cancellation fee.

I asked to speak to a rep and she said that I have to wait 24 hrs and call back, she couldn't find the order.

I said…how come the automated service found the order. What do I do now????

Read complaints after ordering 14 day free trial and this company is scamming everyone!

Ordered my free (is not free 4.95 shipping) 2 week samples. It's been 4 days and just received the 1st product. You must return the any unused product back to company and cancel from the day you ordered, not the day you receive product. That right there is wrong. You don't have a full 14 days to try product. I haven't received 2nd product. They have charged my account for both products. This company needs to be reported to BBB for sure. I'm going to try to stop payment for the $89.00 charge before they charge me. Very unhappy about all the complaints and it's the same thing with each person that complained about this company! DO NOT order this on Facebook if you see their advertisement! This is truly a scam and I hope they get stopped!

Most definitely a SCAM after finally getting a BOBO on the phone !!!

Just like the TV commercial regarding phone service..... BOBO is in the back room of a vacant warehouse building alone. That's the Customer Service Dept.says "owners are not around nor is there a supervisor that I could talk with"!!Am sending the unopened trial pack back to California address and BOBO says I will get a credit for 100% on my credit card. Must do this shipment within 5 days from today. Such a SCAMMER!!!! Unauthorized charges to bank account, and visual sign product is effective

Unauthorized charges to my account twice for $89.01 each time. No visual sign that the product is effective. No paperwork or even cancellation information in the box with this product. This is a rip off gimmick charging accounts!!!! I may have to close this account and ope a new one . This a whole lot of trouble for really nothing but a sample hand cream, very disappointing. To think they used reputable people's names for this racket, we all should have a way to cancel this plan. If anyone hears how to cancel this contract please post it ! Nobody should order this product sample!
